Steve L. Adams, MBA

Steve is a former corporate banker and veteran entrepreneur. His passion lies in building and scaling organizations through disciplined execution, direct-response marketing and culture creation that leads to extraordinary client experiences. Steve grew up in Lansing, Michigan as the son of an auto worker. He went on to university and became the first college graduate and MBA in his family. He is the author of "Passionate Entrepreneur" and "Unleashing The Peak Performer Within You". Steve and his team grew his first venture to over 800 employees in 6 states with revenues of over $100 million and he wants to help other entrepreneurs grow in their performance.

Dr. Matthew McNamee

Physician & Chief Medical Officer

Dr. McNamee is a licensed, board-certified Naturopathic Medical Doctor specializing in functional medicine, integrative neuroendocrinology, and the microbiota-gut-brain axis.   Dr. McNamee recently completed certification in PreCode, an Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and Memory loss certification through Dr. Dale Bredesen, MD, at UCLA.     

Dr. McNamee practices a model of medicine that is holistic, patient-centered, and individualized, drawing from both conventional medicine and evidence-based functional and integrative therapies to achieve optimal health for his patients.  

Dr. McNamee addresses the root cause of symptoms while considering the many facets of each patient's unique physical, mental, spiritual, and environmental condition. His goal is to utilize the least invasive and most effective evidence-based treatment protocols, including targeted nutrient therapy and clinical nutrition, lifestyle modification, stress management, and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy.    

Dr. McNamee has a decade of clinical experience in Silicon Valley and the Seattle area, focusing on restoring the health of high achievers through his root cause approach to medicine.    

Dr. McNamee is currently pursuing advanced training in functional genomics. He is a member of The Institute for Functional Medicine, the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians, and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.   

After completing the MCAT, Dr. McNamee embarked on a solo backpacking journey to learn about life and himself.  He purchased a worldwide plane ticket that began in the South Pacific.  Being immersed in different cultures gave him a different viewpoint and strengthened his ability to understand the background, history, and context people are coming from.  He attributes his ability to have a strong sense of empathy, compassion, and open-mindedness, as well as being a team player, innovative thinker, and thinking outside of the box, to his experience traveling through developed countries.

He enjoys hiking, volunteering, kayaking, fishing, and cooking.

Dr. Adilia Kreps

Naturopathic Physician

Dr. Adilia Kreps, ND, is a health optimization consultant and licensed naturopathic practitioner with an extensive background in psychology, biomedical sciences, genetics, and holistic health. Her experience in Biotech, Natural Health, and Integrative Psychiatry has given her a unique perspective on human health and cognitive optimization. She has worked at a prominent Toronto Clinic, at Brampton Civic Hospital, and on the first Integrative Mental Health Shift at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic, the largest Naturopathic clinic in North America. She aims to educate and empower her patients using a multi-faceted approach to meet them where they’re at, as well as be a spokesperson for progress in the evolution of medicine.

Annalisa Shark

Clinical Administrator

Annalisa has worked in behavioral health hospitals for over 20 years.  Her health care experience includes working with adolescents and children.  Later she moved on to staffing the hospital for two years. Then acted as an Executive Assistant for ten years for the hospital CEO.  


Annalisa was born and raised in Seattle and attended Washington State University, earning a BA in Human Development with a minor in Sociology.


Annalisa has been married for 20 years, has two daughters, and is the primary caregiver for aged parents living with the cognitive disease.

When Annalisa is not working, she loves watching sports and going to live events.

Collin Adams, CPT

PERFORMANCE COACH

Collin desires to help each of his clients reach their personal health and performance goals through coaching, teaching, encouragement, and motivation. Before joining Tiger, Collin was a four-year college athlete at the The Master’s University in Santa Clarita, CA. When he isn’t working with his clients, Collin enjoys studying peak performance habits, leadership, and theology while also watching tons of sports and spending time with his wife, Michel. Collin has been considered “the most certified man” by the team at Tiger. He has received certifications from the Amen Clinics as a Brain Health Coach, IPV Consulting as a Performance Coach, HeartMath Institute as a Coherence Training Coach, and a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in Personal Training. Later this year, Collin will be undergoing a rigorous 12 month certification to become a Functional Medicine Specialist.

Regan Billings

Regan Billings has spent the past seven years helping people remove obstacles limiting their performance. The past six years primarily focused on working with professional athletes from the NFL, MLB, NBA, and International Soccer. Regan is a self-described performance nerd eager to learn new things about the body daily. Outside work, Regan and his wife Christina enjoy seeking the best food wherever they are. 

Lance VanTine

Marketing and Content Manager

Lance is a graduate of Calvin University with degrees in both Marketing and Entrepreneurship. In the fall of 2017 he launched his company; Your Medical Advocate; a service that provides registered nurses to transport, note-take and advocate for senior citizens within their medical appointments. In his free time he enjoys pursuing his love of apologetics, working out, playing soccer and reading books that pertain to theology, neuroscience and leadership. Lance is enthusiastic about life and looks forward to getting to know you and helping you to optimize your performance by getting into flow!

Dima Kotik

Dima spent ten years with an international non-profit organization in Eurasia before entering the Internet Technology world as an information security researcher and cloud engineer. He is a full stack polyglot with a Golang fascination and a core DevOps commitment. He aspires to become a free open source maverick by age sixty. 

Oleg Ignatov

Videographer

Oleg graduated from the University of Ukraine with a degree in computer systems. Worked as a system administrator and freelancer for more than ten years. He enjoys computers, video shooting and graphic design. For the last five years, as an author and presenter, he has been making videos for the largest Ukrainian e-commerce platform.

David Wiss, MS RDN

Board Member


David is the founder of Nutrition in Recovery, which is a group practice in Los Angeles specializing in: substance use disorders, eating disorders, body image, mental health, as well as general wellness. He is currently working on his PhD in Public Health from the University of California, Los Angeles. David loves working one-on-one with people who are making important transitions in their lives.

Dr. AnnaLiese Kooi, DO

Board Member


Dr. Kooi is a resident Family Medicine physician at Mercy Health Muskegon. She graduated from Michigan State University's College of Osteopathic Medicine with specific training and interest in osteopathic manipulation. As a family physician she realizes the significant role that nutrition plays in the health and well being of her patients, She is specifically interested in preventative medicine with a focus on educating patients so that they can make informed decisions about their own health.

Dr. Thomas Watkins, DO

Board Member


Dr. Watkins is a board certified family physician. He has been in a solo practice for over 33 years. He is a graduate of Michigan State University's College of Osteopathic Medicine and bleeds green, Go Spartans! He thoroughly enjoys seeing his patients see success through a wholistic view of their mind and body.
